Q: If I have multiple Stay and Save Cards, can I apply them to the same reservation?
A: Sorry, only one card per reservation can be used.
Q: Can I apply other discounts (i.e. AAA, AARP, corporate discounts, etc...) along with my Stay and Save Card reservation?
A: No, the Stay and Save Card cannot be combined with any other offer, card, promotion, or with other loyalty programs.
Q: Where can I redeem my Stay and Save Card?
A: Your card can only be redeemed on StayAndSaveHotelSavingsCard.com.
Q: Does my card expire?
A: Stay and Save Cards must be used by the dates specified on the front of the card. All travel must be confirmed prior to your card expiring.
Q: Is there a minimum night stay?
A: The Stay and Save Card requires a minimum two night stay.
Q: Is there a listing of all the hotels on your site?
A: Currently we have approximately 100,000 hotels worldwide. Our inventory is subject to change based on rates and availability.
Q: The hotel I selected on the checkout page says, “It is no longer available.”
A: This should be a rare case, but sometimes the hotels sell out at that precise moment. If that happens please select an alternate hotel property.
Q: What if my hotel reservation is less than my card discount?
A: This card may only be used one-time. It is not redeemable for cash, has no cash value, and no change will be given. Any unused amount will be forfeited. It is up to the user to make the selection and accept the price provided at checkout.
Q: How do I use the value of my Stay and Save Card when making a reservation?
A: Simple, just enter the promotional code as printed on your Stay and Save Card, and start searching. The discount amount will be clearly marked as you make your hotel selection.
Q: Are there any hooks, restrictions, or strings attached?
A: You can use the Stay and Save Card for any hotel on this site. Any restrictions, and/or cancellation terms specific to each hotel are provided when making the hotel selection on the payment details page.
Q: Can I get a new Stay and Save Card if I lose it?
A: No, your card cannot be replaced.
Q: What if I forget, or lose my Stay and Save Card Number?
A: Sorry, if you lose your card, we have no way to retrieve your promotional code.
Q: May I cancel or change my reservation?
A: You may cancel your reservation if you are within your hotel cancellation period which is provided on the website prior to booking the reservation. Please check prior to booking, and also review your confirmation email and your Stay and Save Card for details.
Q: Are there any fees associated with the Stay and Save Card?
A: No.
