Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: Resort Rental, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("us, "we", or "Resort Rental"), operates RCIHotelSavingsCard.com website, contained within or otherwise available through external hyperlinks within such websites (collectively, the “Site”). The terms and conditions contained or referenced herein, our Privacy Policy, and, for particular services, any additional posted terms and conditions that apply to such services (collectively, the “Terms & Conditions”) apply to your use of the Site, or any of the products or services offered through the Site, including your use communications with Resort Rental. By using the Site or any of the products or services offered through the Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions as well as future terms and conditions and program/service changes. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, do not use the Site or any products or services offered through the Site.
We reserve the right and may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time without notice to you. You agree that it is your responsibility to review the Site and these Terms & Conditions periodically to learn of any modifications. Your continued use of the Site, or any product or service offered through the Site, after the posting of any modifications shall constitute your agreement to be bound by such modified Terms & Conditions.
WEBSITE REGISTRATION
In order to redeem or use any products or services through the Site, or access certain other features of the Site, you may be required to register and select a password and user name. If you register, you agree to provide us with accurate and complete registration information, and to inform us immediately of any updates or other changes to such information. You may not select or use a false name or an email address owned or controlled by another person with the intent to impersonate that person or use as a user name a name that is subject to any rights of a person other than you without proper authorization.
As a condition of account registration, you consent that we may send you promotional emails from time-to-time. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time through the unsubscribe link within the promotional email, or as set forth in our privacy link.
You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your user name and password, whether or not you authorize such activities. It is your sole responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password. You shall immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to refuse registration of, or cancel a user name, for any reason in our sole discretion.
PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
By engaging in a transaction, including placing an order, which is your offer to us to purchase the Resort Rental products or services, or paying for the Resort Rental products or services you have selected, your activity is governed by these Terms & Conditions.
Resort Rental does not guarantee availability of any accommodations on our Site, and reserves the right to modify or discontinue any Promo Card/Code at any time. All Promo Card/Code(s) are subject to change, and the pricing of accommodations may vary. Resort Rental reserves the right to cancel any purchase due to an error. Hotels may also vary and availability may be limited. Limited quantities of certain hotels may be available and any offers are good only while supplies on the Site, or any affiliate website, last.
PROMOTIONAL CARD/CODE
The following terms and conditions apply to any Stay and Save Hotel Savings Card physical and/or digital promotional card (“Promo Card/Code”) given by Resort Rental or through its partners pursuant to a loyalty, award or promotional program.
PROMO CARD/CODE PROGRAM PRIVILEGES
By using or attempting to use a Promo Card/Code, you agree to (i) these Terms & Conditions (ii) any terms or instructions listed on the card/email itself and (iii) conditions in the offer listing at the time the accommodations are purchased on this Site. In the event of a conflict between these terms or instructions on the card/email itself and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall control. The Promo Card/Code and associated offers are void where prohibited by law. Resorts Rental, along with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is the issuer of the Promo Card/Code.
USE OF THE PROMO CARD/CODE
The Promo Card/Code may only be used to make hotel bookings directly from, by redeeming at the Site. The Promo Card/Code is only redeemable on the Site and must be booked by the expiration date. Minimum check-in age will apply and varies depending on the hotel. While we hope you redeem the Promo Card/Code, whether you choose to do so is within your sole control and discretion. Any attempted redemption or use of the Promo Card/Code that violates these Promotional Card/Code Terms & Conditions may render the Promo Card/Code void, and can result in the suspension or termination of your account. is not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors, in any offer by Resort Rental and reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON PROMO CARD/CODE USAGE
Promo Card/Codes (i) have no cash value; (ii) are not redeemable for cash; (iii) cannot be replaced or returned for a refund; (iv) are non-transferrable; (v) cannot have funds increased and (vi) are for personal (non-commercial) use only. Promo Card/Codes may be redeemed at the Site for the specified face value amount on the Stay and Save Card. Promo Card/Code may not be applied to previous hotel stays or bookings. Promo Card/Code is valid for a new hotel booking at select hotel properties on the Site. This Promo Card/Code cannot be used for: (i) bookings made through a group travel service; (ii) bookings paid directly at the hotel; (iii) bookings paid for in a foreign currency; (iv) bookings at hotels not listed on the Site; or (v) bookings made prior to receipt of this Promo Card/Code. Hotels on the Site are subject to change. Other restrictions will apply. We do not guarantee the availability of any particular hotel, and reserve the right to modify all aspects of available hotels.
RESTRICTIONS
Promo Card/Code is valid for one-time use only and only one (1) Promo Card/Code may be redeemed per booking. Promo Card/Code must be redeemed in its entirety and may not be redeemed incrementally. Redemption of the Promo Card/Code requires the purchase of hotel accommodations on the Site. Promo Card/Code cannot be combined with other promotions or offers or with other loyalty programs. PROMO CARD/CODE IS NOT FOR RESALE. Promo Card/Code does not impose any fees for use. Use of the Promo Card/Code is limited to the amount of funds associated with the Promo Card/Code, per the terms on the Promo Card/Code, and is applied automatically towards the retail price of a hotel booking as such price is posted on the Site at the time of purchase. You are fully responsible to review your order prior to submission to ensure that the order incorporates the Promo Card/Code. The Promo Card/Code does not apply to any taxes, fees or additional costs. Additional charges including, without limitation, extra guests, phone calls, cancellation fees, parking, or other incidental charges must be paid when you make your booking or directly at the hotel and is the responsibility of the customer.
EXPIRATION
Please note that the Promo Card/Code has an expiration date. Your Promo Card/Code's expiration date can be found on the front of the Promo Card/Code or if you received a digital Promo Card/Code, within the digital Promo Card/Code email. Travel must be booked by the expiration date printed on the Promo Card/Code. After that date, the funds will expire, and the Promo Card/Code will no longer be valid and will not be accepted. No exceptions.
MISUSE OF THE CARD
Improper use of the Promo Card/Code is prohibited and could be construed as fraud. The unauthorized reproduction, resale, redistribution, modification, advertising or trade of Promo Card/Code is prohibited and may result in the cancellation, and potential suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to change or withdraw the offer at any time and to cancel any bookings made where the Promo Card/Code has been used to make any speculative, false or fraudulent bookings or any bookings in anticipation of demand.
RETURN
If you return the purchase that qualified you for a Promo Card/Code, the Promo Card/Code will no longer be valid. If the qualifying booking is cancelled for a refund after the Promo Card/Code has been redeemed, the value of the redeemed card will be deducted from any refund amount.
LOST OR STOLEN PROMO CARDS/CODES
Resort Rental is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Promo Card/Codes. Promo Card/Codes will not be returned or replaced and there will be no refund.
RESERVATIONS
You may cancel your reservation if you are within your hotel cancellation period which was provided on the Site prior to booking. Please check prior to booking, and also review your confirmation email and your Promo Card/Code for details. We do not amend reservations.
SELLER OF TRAVEL
Resort Rental, LLC (operating as Holiday Rentals, LLC in MD and TX), is a Florida licensed company whose Qualifying Broker is Eric A. Jay. California: CST-2081369-50. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California. Resort Rental is not a participant in the Travel Consumer Restitution Fund. California law requires certain sellers of travel to have a trust account or bond. Resort Rental has a bond issued by Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America in the amount of $50,000.00. Florida: Fla. Seller of Travel Reg. No. ST-36515. Washington: Seller of Travel Reg. No. 602560941. Cancellation and change penalties may apply to these arrangements. Details will be provided upon request. If transportation or other services are canceled by the seller of travel, all sums paid to the seller of travel for services not performed in accordance with the contract between the seller of travel and the purchaser will be refunded within thirty days of receiving the funds from the vendor with whom the services were arranged, or if the funds were not sent to the vendor, the funds shall be returned within fourteen days after cancellation by the seller of travel to the purchaser unless the purchaser requests the seller of travel to apply the money to another travel product and/or date.
